Есть несколько профилактических мер, которые стоит провести каждому владельцу до часа «Х»:

Для Аndroid:
1. Завести аккаунт Google;
2. Включить в системных настройках учетной записи «Удаленное управление Android», находящееся в разделе «Безопасность» или скачать приложение «Удаленное управление Android».

Для Iphone
1. Включить в системных настройках ICloud «Найти IPhone».
2. В последней геопозиции выбрать «определение даже при низком заряде батареи».

Рекомендуем также:

Обязательно ставить Pin или программировать любой другой способ блокировки экрана, который поможет спасти данные от чужих глаз.
Запомнить или выписать код Imei и для Аndroid, и для Iphone. Проверить же его можно, набрав *#06# + кнопка вызов

Меры, которые стоит принимать после часа «X»:

Если у Вас были активированы вышеупомянутые программы, то поиски должны пройти значительно легче.

Для IPhone:
Заходим в Icloud.com (или в приложение «Найти Iphone», который тоже можно скачать в виде приложения на компьютер);
Проходим авторизацию;
После входа выбираем иконку «найти IPhone»;
Смотрим на карту и принимаем меры

Для Аndroid:
Заходим в свой аккаунт Google через компьютер,
Далее «device manager»,
Выбираем смартфон,
Смотрим его местоположение.

Принимаем меры.
С помощью данных серверов Вы сможете беспроблемно позвонить на телефон, блокировать данные, очистить их. Но вот самим следовать за вором, мы не рекомендуем – лучше обратиться в соответствующие органы.
